Meet Indompté, Keeper of Nature (Means Untamed in French)
Final Fantasy got into my mind and I missed those
epic boss battle and epic background music <3
So I sketched it out within 13minutes.

Anyways since I play League of Legends aswell.
I suggested this as a champion and here are the skillsets.
Passive : Sinister Corruption
Indompte's next basic attack will Fear the target hit for the next 1 second. Cannot be reactivated to the same target for the next 7 seconds. If the target has more health than Indompte, that target will be Feared for 1.5 seconds.
Skills :
Q : Airborne Roots (Cooldown : ???) (Mana Cost : ???)
The target hit will be knocked airborne for 0.5/0.8/1.3/1.6/2.0 seconds dealing (DMG : ???), nearby targets will be slowed by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%.
W : Ariel Absorption (Cooldown : ???) (Mana Cost : ???)
Indompte spikes out roots in a small area and leeches max hp of enemies in that area, each enemy reduces the
percentage absorbed down to a cap.
E : Spike Thorns (Cooldown : ???) (Mana Cost : ???)
Passive: Attacks leave 'thorns' on enemies, and stacks up to 6 stacks. on the 7th attack the stacks implode to deal damage in an area around the inflicted target. Inflicted target gets dealt 50% of damage. (DMG : ???)
Active : Sends out 'thorns' in a cone shape area for the next 8 seconds.
R : Wither To Death (Cooldown : ???) (Mana Cost : ???)
Indompte channels for 3 seconds and fires 'thorns' into the air through his left hand dealing (DMG : ???) and slowing targets within the channeling. The longer the channeling, the further the 'thorns' fly into the air. Targets afflicted by the 'thorns' will bleed for the next 5 seconds and heal Indompte for each 1% of mana Indompte is missing.
